The Split Personality.

Not a day goes by would he missed going through the 2 portals before his battles begin. Sometimes bearing treats such as iced coffee, sometimes just him and his 3 other DIDs. It depends on the situation who decides to show up. They were slowly being introduced now that we have established a common interest being freaks and geeks. Well...I almost forgot, about "that moment"...

Lunch break, just us...sharing about the latest Fantastic Beast and HP almost interrupted by another but backed away coz...we were speaking gibberish only we could understand. That was it, the secret codes to decipher, the inside jokes and the easter bunny. Da Vinci would have been proud of us. 

I remember that lunch, we laughed a lot and then...I saw it, for the first time after so long. I didn't mean to peek but so much eye contact and there it was...a glimmer of light in his eyes for a moment. It was captivating and I was speechless. Butterflies in my stomach! WHAT IS THIS FEELING? Did I just imprinted on him somehow like a scene in that Twilight saga movie? "An involuntary mechanism by which Quileute shape-shifters find their soulmates" (I quoted this for it's the nearest to what I felt) "The eyes are the windows to your soul"...WELL I'LL BE DAMNED. It was not impossible but I got caught by surprise. I never knew I could feel this way about someone who is a whole other world...
